Compet Consulting encourages its clients to take an objective approach to improving systems and effectiveness, one where progress and results can be measured.  We believe competency-based approaches provide a methodology which allow individuals and organizations to assess progress toward determined goals in areas related to human effectiveness. 


For example, the use of assessment simulations and/or customized 3600 feedback instruments can help managerial staff identify areas for personal development.  And, by re-administering them periodically these tools can provide objective information about progress toward established growth goals.

Our History


We have been in business for over fifteen years.  We have worked with private sector businesses, government agencies and non-profit organizations.  We have implemented projects with costs ranging from a few hundred to over half a million dollars. References can be provided if desired.
