What is Available?

The restricted area of this web site contains a wide variety of information that leaders can use to help develop their skills. (We call anyone a leader who works to improve their organization by influencing those around them to make positive changes.) Using competencies as a roadmap, individuals can assess their skill levels and identify specific competencies for development. In an area called “Tips for Development” we offer over 300 pages of suggestions that can be used to build an individualized plan for self-development. These tips can be pasted into an action planning form to create a customized plan to guide future developmental activities. This action plan can be printed out for immediate use. Individuals can return at a later date to revise or update the action plan as needed or desired.
